Designer’s Notes:
Dining table fashioned from clients distressed and then harvested White Oak tree. Hand scraped surface highlights grain and figure of quarter sawn top with iron staining from old nails and embedded metal. Inherent weakness in the pith is reinforced from underneath with 1/4 “ iron plate running it’s length. Original design and build. Made in collaboration with Earlywood Design & Services. It’s weight ,tusk swept legs and foot design give it the tag: Pachyderm Dining Table
